**Our Opportunity**

The Chief Logistics Program Director will lead the retention and renewal of existing business, focusing on service delivery, profitability, and people development. This role requires an owner's mindset, leveraging knowledge of customers and Maersk to create opportunities for efficiency and growth.

This position can be based in Colombia, Panama, or Guatemala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Critical Business Controls: driving business controls (FINOPS, revenue leakage avoidance) and performance against target (Downtrading)
  • Leadership Development: upskilling the CPDs and CPMs, contributing to global learning and development programs, and implementing personal development plans
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborating with the global CX and Delivery community to resolve issues and explore new ways of meeting customer expectations, as well as working closely with sales on account management
  • Global Community Engagement: contributing to the global Customer Program Management community through best practice sharing and customer stories, and participating in workshops and community initiatives
  • Compliance and Operational Excellence: ensuring compliance with resourcing criteria and maintaining strong knowledge of Maersk's operational structure, functions, and network

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and team building skills
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in developing and upskilling teams
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in integrated logistics and supply chain
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

 

Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Maersk offers a competitive compensation package, including a range of benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's background and qualifications.
