Job Summary:

Solution architects at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Colombia S.A.S. play a vital role in shaping the cloud computing landscape for businesses worldwide. We're seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as a Solutions Architect, Latam Cloud Solutions Center, Colombia, Ags Tech Latam Csc.

About the Role:

We're looking for motivated technologists with a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a Solutions Architect, you'll partner with customers and AWS teams to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer pain points. Your expertise will help organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solutions and migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem
  • Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS
  • Assist with training sessions for customers considering or already using AWS
  • Collaborate with experienced solutions architects to craft and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support

Requirements:

  • Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
  • Working knowledge of AWS services, such as Elastic Compute Cloud, Elastic Block Storage, and Simple Storage Service
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications desired
