We are seeking an experienced Credit Card Exceptions Specialist to join our team at United Parcel Service Of America.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing Credit Card Exceptions that did not auto-match and resolving these items on a daily basis.
- You will work collaboratively with the AR US Credit Card group to ensure all tasks (Inbound/Outbound Calls, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, Credit Card Exceptions) are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from internal and external customers regarding Credit Card Inquires.
- Contact customers for missing information and/or provide additional details on transactions declined.
- Research multiple UPS systems when needed to resolve items.
- Update and maintain Credit Card Information of Customer Accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of accounting experience.
- Advanced English language skills (80%).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prioritization skills to organize workload and address issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. On-site.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
