**Resumen del puesto**

Este puesto es responsable de equilibrar pagos y ajustes en ISPSYS, PPS y otras aplicaciones locales. Él/ella registra con precisión todas las transacciones contables, identifica excepciones, investiga las causas de las retenciones/retrasos e inicia la resolución.

Completa informes del sistema, registra transacciones contables precisas, clasifica, archiva, compara facturas para su procesamiento, examina, analiza, verifica y corrige transacciones contables. Sirve como enlace entre departamentos y realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Completa informes del sistema
- Registra transacciones contables precisas clasifica, archiva ycompara facturas para su procesamiento
- Examina, analiza, verifica y corrige transacciones contables.
- Sirve como enlace entre departamentos y realiza otras tareas según lo solicitado.
- Las actividades son relacionadas con conciliaciones y comunicación con los clientes para validar pagos de contado
- Generación de informes y comunicación con otras áreas de GBS y del país para completar las conciliaciones.
- Que tenga capacidad de trabajar en equipo y que tenga buena comunicación

**Cualificaciones**:

- Técnicos, tecnólogos o profesionales de carreras contables, financieras o afines. (Preferido)
- Experiência no se requiere
- Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook
- Horario: Lunes a viernes
- Inglés 60%
