GBS Intermed Billing Associate

**Resumen del puesto**
Este puesto se encarga de las configuraciones en sistemas locales que permiten que la operación de facturación en todo el mundo fluya de forma adecuada, según las necesidades operativas y del cliente. El asistente de configuración trabajará en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para procesar la creación/actualización de la unidad solicitada, de acuerdo con los requisitos y las reglas que tenga cada cliente. La operación de configuración implica altas habilidades de interpretación del inglés, flexibilidad y requiere a alguien que sea capaz de pensar de forma innovadora.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Procesar todo el volumen entrante de solicitudes de configuración, según las asignaciones internas, lo que implica flexibilidad para moverse entre unidades de negocio
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de configuración para garantizar que los casos se completen dentro del SLA
- Asegurarse de que las configuraciones se realicen con precisión considerando el impacto que pueden tener a nível corporativo, geográfico y del cliente.
- Mantener actualizados los procedimientos escritos de configuración.
- Colaborar con el líder y el supervisor del equipo de configuración para resolver cualquier escalada que pueda surgir y requerir acciones de forma urgente.
- Realizar auditorías periódicas de las solicitudes procesadas en colaboración con todos los demás miembros del equipo.
- Comunicarse y brindar apoyo a otros miembros del equipo y otras áreas de UPS con el fin de garantizar que las actualizaciones de configuración se ejecuten de manera adecuada y a tiempo.

**Cualificaciones**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Competente en Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint y Excel
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Excel Nível intermedio
- Inglés Intermedio
