Job Summary
This position is responsible for balancing payments and invoices related to duties and taxes in the Duty Subledger. He/She accurately records all accounting transactions, identifies exceptions, research causes for holds/delays and initiates resolution. Completes system reports, records accurate accounting transactions, sorts, files, matches invoices for processing, examines, analyzes, verifies and corrects accounting transactions. Serves as a liaison between departments and performs other tasks as requested.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepares daily reconciliations and analyzes source documents.
Identifies, researches, and resolves errors found.
Review and follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding invoices and bill payments.
Responds to administrative problems and inquiries.
Ensures the accuracy of records.
Sort, file, and compare invoices to prepare them for processing.
Examines, analyzes, verifies and corrects accounting transactions.

Qualifications:

- Professional in administrative or accounting careers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- English B2
