What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented Casting Director to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for managing casting timelines, negotiating contracts, and providing direction to talent during auditions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage casting timelines to ensure project deadlines are met
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected talent, maintaining alignment with project budgets
- Provide direction and feedback to talent during auditions to refine their performances
- Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure cast members meet evolving creative needs
- Oversee all aspects of the audition process, from scheduling to final selection
- Maintain and update a casting database, ensuring talent records are relevant and up-to-date
- Foster relationships with emerging talent, agents, and other industry professionals
- Lead casting sessions, offering guidance to stakeholders during talent selection

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years as a Casting Director in a creative agency or marketing industry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational excellence and attention to detail
- Passionate and curious about casting and talent management
- Team player with a willingness to contribute to team success
