Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Casting Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for managing casting processes, working closely with producers and directors, and identifying top talent to bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage casting timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected talent, maintaining alignment with project budgets.
  • Provide direction and feedback to talent during auditions to refine their performances.
  • Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure cast members meet evolving creative needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the audition process, from scheduling to final selection.
  • Maintain and update a casting database, ensuring talent records are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Foster relationships with emerging talent, agents, and other industry professionals.
  • Lead casting sessions, offering guidance to stakeholders during talent selection.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Casting Director in a creative agency or marketing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to casting challenges.
  • Organizational excellence, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
