Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute logistics requirements for the export and/or import of orders.
  • Manage changes or cancellations to bookings and update systems accordingly.
  • Support customer inquiries related to booking procedures.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer profiles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
