Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Kenvue is a leading healthcare company that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to improve people's lives. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven HR professional who can lead our ongoing transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, change management, and employee engagement, with a focus on fostering a culture of adaptability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR-related change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure a smooth transition for employees during the transformation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale during the transformation.
  • Lead the execution of end-to-end HR activities to support the workforce optimization plans for 2025, in partnership with Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Access, and HR Operations.
  • Responsible for reporting and insights to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR partners, department leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives with the overall transformation strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, change management, and employee engagement, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and PROSCI change management principles.
  • Proficiency in Workday and project management tools.
