Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Essity AB.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective e-business strategies.

This role is responsible for defining the e-business priorities for all countries within the region, aligning with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy, and BU digital approach.

Salary Estimate: SEK 1.5 million - 2 million per year (based on industry standards and location).

About the Job

  • Drive the implementation of the e-Business priorities for all countries within the region, ensuring alignment with the BU regional strategy, GtM strategy, and BU digital plans.
  • Develop and train local countries on e-Business tools and methods.
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies across Paid and Owned platforms, including Site & Social Media.
  • Initiate, propose, and drive implementation of digital marketing plans.
  • Adapt global and regional communication for optimal utilization in digital channels.
  • Establish clear KPIs for digital activities and monitor their effects, following up, evaluating, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote the company's E-Commerce and digital needs through Global and BU projects.
  • Support sales via external On-Line stores, collaborating with relevant stakeholders from other BUs and countries in the region.
  • Analyze online shopper insights and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on trends and development for E-Business in the region.

About You

  • You hold a University degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication.
  • You possess at least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • You excel in communication, able to convey complex ideas effectively and navigate diverse interests.
  • You have strong strategic thinking skills.
