About the Role

The Strategic Project Manager AI will work closely with central and local teams to co-build new AI-focused ventures and products, from idea to initial scale. You will be responsible for co-creating the concept, validating it, improving, and scaling in cooperation with the rest of the cross-functional AI area team and the local team in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-build new AI-focused ventures and products, from idea to initial scale.
  2. Co-create the concept, validate it, improve, and scale in cooperation with the rest of the cross-functional AI area team and the local team in Colombia.
  3. Test business ideas in real life, execute experiments, and gather feedback from customers and users.
  4. Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and provide insights and ideas based on them.
  5. Run experiments with AI/LLM tools and provide recommendations.
Requirements
  1. You are an interdisciplinary entrepreneur with a high level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
  2. You have 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, customer success, product management, research, or a related field.
  3. You are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights.
  4. You are hands-on with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment and switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work.
  5. You possess excellent project management capabilities, including being organized, systematic, and detailed with a focus on results.
  6. You have experience in analyzing customers' pains and needs, validating hypotheses, running market experiments, scoping product/service, setting a go-to-market strategy, and taking a product to the market.
  7. You are native Spanish and can communicate in English (B2+).
