About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the end-to-end processes associated with internal and external recruiting and onboarding for all functions across the company's WACAM region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the case management tool to track hiring manager requests to completion.
  • Execute the onboarding process and background checks, working with external vendors to ensure candidate processes comply with Mondelēz internal policies.
  • Follow up with candidates to provide supporting documentation and signed contract documentation required for hiring.
  • Maintain constant communication with vendors on progress of background checks and escalate cases to leadership as necessary.
  • Contact new employees and managers with onboarding instructions and monitor processes for completion of background checks with vendors.
  • Coordinate pre-first day activities with hiring managers and communicate first day logistics to new employees.
  • Process referral bonuses for Mondelēz employees.
  • Ensure data integrity of new employee records in Workday to avoid data issues in our HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and track the accuracy of new hire information in the Workday system.
  • Support ticketing, laptop requests for new employees, and the contractor-to-employee conversion process.

Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Microsoft Suite management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative/operational support roles in human resources or related areas.
