Key Responsibilities
Are you passionate about strategizing, developing, and evaluating marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and foster lead engagement? As a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will spearhead campaign and demand generation efforts within the Pardot platform, collaborating closely with design and content teams to apply best practices for email marketing and nurture sequences, while optimizing campaigns and engagement metrics.
You will report directly to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience, playing a crucial role in the business's success by implementing email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation strategies that showcase TTEC as a premier customer experience partner.
Daily Activities Include:
- Leading nurturing initiatives, including the development of Engagement Studio Programs: Configuring cadence, actions, and rules; implementing email nurture best practices; and analyzing sequence metrics for optimization.
- Creating and editing Pardot email templates, managing dynamic send lists, and overseeing the testing and scheduling of email distributions based on campaign criteria.
- Implementing personalization features such as dynamic content blocks and Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting.
- Developing Pardot web forms, including autoresponder emails and campaign synchronization with CRM systems.
- Establishing page actions and automation rules to improve database accuracy and enhance lead categorization.
- Managing Pardot analytics and reporting to fulfill the requirements of marketing and sales teams.
- Conducting Pardot database audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across lists and automation rules.
- Possessing over 3 years of B2B marketing experience in executing marketing automation projects using Pardot or similar platforms.
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email build, configuration, and engagement analytics.
- Understanding lead activity engagement scoring and CRM data hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, particularly in relation to Pardot integration.
- Holding a BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, with relevant Pardot certifications and experience.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template creation, ensuring optimal delivery and display across devices.
- Experience working within an Agile project management framework to manage multiple projects effectively.
