Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our Growth Marketing Team at BruntWork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that drive growth and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with their objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Design graphics and videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Cap cut.
  • Write compelling and on-brand captions for posts, and schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain a detailed content calendar that integrates all client activities and ensures timely posting.
  • Oversee and manage all social media profiles for clients, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Monitor social media platforms to stay current with trends and best practices.
  • Actively participate in relevant groups, forums, and pages to drive conversations and engagement.
  • Moderate communities, pages, and groups by managing posts, comments, and user interactions.
  • Respond to both positive and negative reviews professionally and constructively.
  • Develop strategies for managing and mitigating social media crises.
  • Gather data from various platforms and analyze performance metrics.
  • Produce detailed monthly reports and insights on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Cap cut.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Later).
  • Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Meta Blueprint & SEO certification is a plus.
