Our client is a thriving cannabis enterprise based in Canada, dedicated to selling their products through government channels. As they expand rapidly, they require assistance in managing daily administrative functions. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless business operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic and enjoyable team in the vibrant cannabis sector.

We are seeking a meticulous individual who values punctuality, reliability, and integrity to provide essential administrative support to our operations team. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, entering data, and maintaining up-to-date information in our systems. There is potential for growth as you take on additional responsibilities over time. You will work 20 flexible hours each week and participate in weekly team check-ins.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging posts for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience in video editing and captioning for social media content.
  • Address customer service inquiries via social media or email.
  • Compile internal FAQs related to customer service queries.
  • Collaborate with designers to update marketing materials with current information (e.g., pricing updates).

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in video editing for social media platforms.
  • Exceptional English writing skills.
  • Energetic personality, eager to share innovative ideas.
  • Creative, imaginative, and willing to take risks.
  • Well-informed about social media trends, particularly in North America.
  • Ability to maintain and track project timelines.
