Customer Support Agent Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Support Agent Operations Specialist to join our team at Modakmakers. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including social media and chat.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and early-stage startup, where your responsibilities will evolve over time, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills and understand your strengths. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including social media and chat.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support processes and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • English fluency (B2-C1 level) is mandatory.
  • Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in BPO or chat campaigns.
  • Experience with financial campaigns, Discord, or products targeting teens.
