As an Outbound Business Developer at Adaptive Teams, you will play a crucial role in reconnecting business owners with life-changing opportunities. Your mission is to drive growth by reactivating leads and setting high-quality sales meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach attempts via calls, emails, and texts to engage with leads and set meetings.
  • Set a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) per week, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to nurture and qualify leads.
  • Re-engage historical pipeline leads who are potential business sellers, using CRM expertise to track and manage leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and updates in our HubSpot system.
  • Assist with special outreach campaigns and market research to drive business growth.

Your Toolbox

  • Proven experience in high-volume outreach, including phone, email, and text communication.
  • CRM expertise, preferably in HubSpot, to track and manage leads efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to juggle multiple tasks and maintain productivity.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on setting qualified meetings and driving business growth.
