The primary focus of this role is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with outbound telemarketing calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate demand for Oracle solutions through outbound prospecting.
  2. Act as the first contact for prospects via outbound telemarketing calls.
  3. Qualify Oracle prospects and produce quality leads.
  4. Perform database and record-keeping activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to demonstrate time management and telesales skills.
  2. Knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided).
  3. Goal-oriented individual with superior communication skills.
  4. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts.
  6. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred.
  7. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred.
  8. Two years of relevant business experience preferred.
