Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Journal Entries: Prepare and execute monthly journal entries with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations, driving process improvements as needed.
  • General Ledger Analysis: Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Intercompany Coordination: Coordinate intercompany processes, resolving discrepancies between locations for seamless operations.
  • Financial Statement Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of schedules and analyses for the financial statement audit.
  • Multi-Currency Reconciliation: Reconcile intercompany transactions involving multiple currencies for international entities.
  • Lease Accounting Conversion: Lead the conversion of leases into a new accounting software in preparation for IFRS 16 compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: 4 years in tax and accounting.
