We're seeking a talented Full-time Content Marketer to join our remote team based in Colombia.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably with US-based companies or nonprofit organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive content strategies.
  • Crafting engaging long-form content that resonates with our audience.
  • Managing paid and organic social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
  • A strong understanding of creative design processes and ability to work with designers.
  • A technical background or experience working with SaaS products or technical content.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
