We seek a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our team in Malta, overseeing a diverse portfolio of key accounts. This role requires frequent travel for conferences, events, and meetings to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities, driving revenue growth through targeted strategies.

The Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and maximizing the value of Enteractive's services throughout the client lifecycle.
- Building, maintaining, and deepening relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, operational teams, and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to align on account strategies, optimize service delivery, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and providing strategic recommendations for client and company success.
- Representing Enteractive at high-profile industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities, strengthening client relationships and promoting the company's vision.

This Opportunity is Ideal for Experienced Professionals Who:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a client-facing, B2B environment with a focus on building and maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and ability to develop tailored account growth strategies.
- Have experience with upselling and cross-selling, showcasing a proven track record of increasing revenue within existing accounts.
- Possess strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excel in presentation and negotiation skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Are proficient in English and secondary languages are highly desirable.
- Can analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for client and company success.
