We help brands drive revenue growth and brand recognition through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively own tactical communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across channels, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others
  • Manage and communicate performance insights, execute optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals, and employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms to analyze performance and inform strategy

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus
  • + years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Facebook Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)
  • 1+ years of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
  • + years of experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
  • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features and excellent data analytics skills

KPIs:

  • Managing and/or supporting a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6-8 clients; below 10% client churn rate

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience
