Job Description

**Network Support and Administration**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to support the company's LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks across LATAM and other regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network administration, security, and design, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requirements, incidents, problems, and requests in the Networking area.
  • Support implementations and incidents related to the network (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and security (NGFW).
  • Ensure the implementation of security measures on the network, vulnerability remediation, and perimeter security processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Design and define the architecture of the assigned technological infrastructure.
  • Manage Networking suppliers.
  • Develop assigned projects and tasks.
  • Monitor Networking platforms and ensure incident resolution within the OLA/SLA defined by the organization and clients.
  • Propose improvement activities or projects to increase service availability.
  • Assist in defining new policies and/or procedures for the area.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the assigned technological platforms.
  • Ensure updated documentation and inventory for the systems area.

Requirements:

  • Electronic engineer, telecommunications engineer, or related fields.
  • 4 years of experience.
  • Work hybrid only when the operation requires.
