Responsibilities:

* Design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns using Flodesk, including three targeted blasts to engage the existing customer base
* Create captivating product highlights to boost sales and drive website traffic
* Optimize product listings on the Squarespace e-commerce platform to improve visibility and conversion rates
* Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across various platforms to promote products and increase brand awareness
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
* Collaborate directly with the business owner to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategy

Requirements:

* Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce environments
* Expert-level proficiency in Flodesk for email marketing campaigns
* Strong familiarity with Squarespace, including experience in optimizing product listings and e-commerce functionalities
* Demonstrated success in creating and managing impactful social media campaigns
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive marketing content
* Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies
* Passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
* Flexibility to work remotely and manage a part-time schedule efficiently
