Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Customer Service professional to join our team in a global and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for executing customer services activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

About the Role

  • You will independently perform Customer Service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • You will support Statutory and Year End Reporting to agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • You will use your expertise to advise clients on queries/issues and ensure a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
  • You will support and knowledge transfer Apprentices and/or Associates on Data Management or Customer Service activities.
  • You will ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  • You will support System Maintenance Testing.
  • You will liaise and transact with Third Parties.
  • You will complete SOC Controls on time and with necessary evidence.
  • You will contribute to root cause analysis to ensure details are accurate and feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit reoccurrence.
  • You will conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and ensure the audience understands and can apply the knowledge.
  • You will maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up-to-date and reflective of the service.
  • You will report system issues/defects correctly and log tickets with necessary details and evidence for Application Services and/or Products investigation.
  • You will highlight any deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
  • You will recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  • You will contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to the Service Manager.
  • You will build good relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed when needed.

Requirements

  • You must attain 100% of customer SLA agreements.
  • You must demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
  • You must adhere to all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
  • You must be flexible to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • You must have attention to detail.
  • You must have excellent Dutch written and verbal skills and good English skills.
  • You must be self-motivated and willing to learn.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
