Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve product defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • Provide timely and effective support to clients via live chat and virtual office
    • Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions
  • Product Testing
    • Test specific product categories within the dashboard to identify usability issues, bugs, and workflow problems
    • Report findings to the development team to facilitate product improvements
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve product defects
    • Participate in daily SCRUMs to discuss product issues and progress
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
    • Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong technical background with experience in SaaS or SEO
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new products and technologies
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical clients
  • Time Zone
    • Must be available to work in EST
