Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior recruitment personnel to identify and deliver suitable candidates to various hiring teams. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming job vacancies. Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, experience, and personal attributes. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from the first interaction through to onboarding. Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions to attract high-caliber talent. Organize and oversee campus recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and internship programs. Analyze and report on critical recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and interview-to-offer ratios. Provide expert guidance to internal teams and hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, promoting a fair and inclusive hiring process. Maintain precise and current records of candidate interactions and recruitment procedures. Solicit feedback from colleagues and hiring managers to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for high-volume positions within the region. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Proven experience in developing and managing campus recruitment initiatives, including organizing and participating in career fairs, university presentations, and other related events.
