  • Travel Consultation: Provide expert travel advice and guidance to clients, including itinerary planning, travel recommendations, and up-selling of related products.
  • Request Handling: Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests from clients, using our proprietary systems and tools to complete requests and provide travel details.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer inquiries, providing proactive solutions to potential challenges and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Quality and Service Excellence: Consistently exceed individual and team goals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality travel experiences.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and assistance, using effective communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the corporate travel management industry.
  • Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Skills: Advanced skills on travel industry systems (GDS), strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated internet research skills for customer information.
