About the Role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to lead digital campaigns for assigned advertisers across multiple search platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and managing search campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing results to meet campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Set up and manage search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Apple, and Amazon search platforms.
  2. Run regular status calls with internal stakeholders to provide performance and pacing strategies.
  3. Monitor campaign health and implement ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives.
  4. Ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within search media platforms.
  5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and report any operational challenges promptly.
  6. Develop and execute recommendations for beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
  7. Identify growth opportunities and communicate them to clients, formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords, and testing.
  8. Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance and drive better results.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
  2. Result-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or a relevant field.
  4. At least 1-3 years of experience in search media campaign management/optimization.
  5. English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
  6. Strong knowledge of at least one search media platform, with a good understanding of the overall media landscape.
  7. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel functions.
  8. Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy, and/or Ads Paid Search tools.
