We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Strategist to join our team at Minders, a digital start-up focused on providing services and solutions to create better digital experiences. With a competitive USD salary, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading growth stack solutions and collaborate with exciting brands in the Latin American digital ecosystem.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or similar fields, as well as 2+ years of experience in roles related to data analysis, technology consulting, or product management. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory, with a willingness to learn other analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients during and after the implementation of tools such as Amplitude.
  • Conduct functional training for clients, ensuring the optimal use of the provided tools.
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients from various industries to understand their products, realities, and develop personalized action plans.
  • Become an expert in product solutions and data analysis, serving as a reference point for clients.
Requirements
  • Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or similar fields (mandatory).
  • 2+ years in roles related to data analysis, technology consulting, or product management.
  • 2+ years in implementing and training clients on SaaS tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (mandatory).
