About the Role:

The Technical Integration Specialist will work closely with our sales team, product development teams, and merchants to ensure seamless integration of our payment solution. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and develop payment solutions that meet market needs and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to understand their payment needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and operation of our payment solution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the sales cycle and post-integration
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems that arise during solution implementation
What We Look For:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in payment processing systems, eCommerce platforms, gateways, APIs, and integration into software. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Magento), gateways, APIs, and integration into software
  • Familiarity with client SDKs and e-commerce workflows like cart management, payments, shipping, and product management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; fintech/payment business background a plus
Salary:

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
