SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Global Human Resources Technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide configuration expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and communicate the impact of change requests and new requirements.
- Lead conversations with business users, providing guidance on configuration and best practices, and proposing alternate solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with Lab members to understand the impacts of configuration, providing guidance according to SAP SuccessFactors leading practices.
- Manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline, ensuring timely completion of projects and business as usual (BAU) activities.
- A degree in IT Business/Management or engineering-related discipline.
- 3-5+ years combined SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a preference for Employee Central.
- Experience in at least one large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors, with a preference for Employee Central.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze cause-and-effect relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work at the abstract or conceptual level.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
