Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will work closely with international customers to analyze SAP solutions and provide expert recommendations to IT managers and executives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful SAP SuccessFactors & HCM implementation projects.

This role offers opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies across all industry segments. You will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases, including:

  1. Exploring business process design and providing recommendations to adhere to SAP Best Practices and SAP standards.
  2. Proposing recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in the Deploy phase.
  3. Supporting customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
  4. Supporting business processes continuous improvement once customers are operating SAP SF.

To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation experience is mandatory.

• Implementation experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including at least one SAP HCM module (e.g., Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management) and one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting Management).

• Configuration of SF integration Addon in SAP HCM.

• ABAP optimization in SAP HCM is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering.

• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

• English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

• Portuguese – Desirable, not mandatory
