About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for analyzing SAP solutions for our international customers and presenting the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze SAP solutions for international customers and provide recommendations to IT managers and executives
- Conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard
- Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase
- Support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases
- Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP SF
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation experience
- Implementation experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration of SF integration Addon in SAP HCM
- ABAP optimization in SAP HCM highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management
Language Skills
- Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
- English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
- Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
