Exciting Opportunity for a Global Project Management Professional in Colombia

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Management Professional to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing various client projects and ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, senior executive level parties, and external clients in a virtual environment to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Customize, build, manage, and maintain effective project records, identifying risk, investigating to define mitigation plans, and executing on change management.
  • Clearly articulate requirements and overall project status to various levels and audiences, supporting the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent relevant project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry is required.
  • Able to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team, possessing expertise with formal presentation and project management software.
