Job Overview

This role is part of our project management team, responsible for ensuring all project scopes are fulfilled and deadlines met comfortably.

  • Developing and maintaining clear lines of communication between parties involved in each project.
  • Creating and monitoring project roadmaps to ensure smooth progress.
  • IDentifying stakeholders, planning stakeholder management, and managing their involvement.
  • Conducting ongoing risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
  • Coordinating data and document acquisition from local contacts within the Publicis Groupe network.
  • Leading meetings for project/team management.
  • Owning project scope definition, including identification, documentation, and prioritization of requirements.
  • Reporting project status based on planned scope.
  • Communications planning, creation, and management for projects assigned.
  • Supporting technology rollout plans in conjunction with the Global Operations Team and Publicis Groupe contacts.
  • Interfacing with various teams involved in projects, including Clients, Technical Teams, Business Teams, and Finance Teams.
  • Managing external service providers and task prioritization for the project team.
  • Comparing actual and target project statuses regularly.
  • Creating and monitoring repositories for storing project assets and resources for small and medium-scale projects.
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the team and project.
  • Managing and distributing client-provided assets/resources correctly.
Requirements
  • Professional experience as a Project Manager, consultant, or in a comparable function.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify unique solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • A commitment to effective communication, teamwork, and making compelling arguments.
  • Proficiency in communicating with international contacts in English (orally and in writing).
  • Familiarity with the international media landscape.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and Office tools, Project Management tools, and digital marketing.
  • The ability to manage projects with different scopes and teams, using various project management methodologies/processes improvements as required.
  • Manage project timings, costs, and budget, quality, human resources, communications, risks, acquisitions, and stakeholders involved in each project.
  • Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) – is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, media, or communication management, or a comparable qualification is helpful but not necessary.
