About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Demand Managers to develop and execute targeted campaigns that achieve key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Automation peers to identify and solve business problems related to campaign planning, development, and execution.
  • Provide consultation services to plan and develop comprehensive, integrated campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Build campaign canvas workflows and associated assets in our marketing automation platform, including segments, emails, landing pages, forms, and third-party integrations.
  • Evaluate marketing databases and build target segments according to business processes and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance reports, assess results, and recommend improvements for optimization.
  • Assist in creating scalable processes that reinforce best practices and enable data-driven decision making.

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot) is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric outlook with a service-oriented approach.
