BruntWork is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our e-commerce business's digital presence and contribute to our continued success.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling email campaigns, optimizing product listings, and creating engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.

You'll work closely with our business owner to align marketing efforts with our overall business goals and strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns using Flodesk, including three targeted blasts to engage our existing customer base
  • Create captivating product highlights to boost sales and drive website traffic
  • Optimize product listings on the Squarespace e-commerce platform to improve visibility and conversion rates
  • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across various platforms to promote products and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Flodesk for email marketing campaigns
  • Strong familiarity with Squarespace, including experience in optimizing product listings and e-commerce functionalities
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing impactful social media campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive marketing content
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects independently
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Flexibility to work remotely and manage a part-time schedule efficiently
