About the Role

The PM & ST combined role oversees all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget. Key responsibilities include managing projects from conception to production, leading local workshops, helping clients understand implementation methodologies, developing detailed project plans, making project decisions, managing ST deliverables, coordinating testing phases, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Workshop Leadership: Conduct local workshops to educate clients and Alight Ops teams on service delivery models, systems landscapes, and implementation methodologies.
  • Implementation Methodology: Assist clients in understanding implementation phases, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Decision-Making: Make informed project decisions, recommending schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation to management.
  • Service Transition Deliverables: Manage and deliver ST deliverables according to implementation scope and onboard BAU operational and TPV teams.
  • Testing Coordination: Lead testing phases to ensure in-scope systems are working as expected and configured according to contract specifications.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, updating project plans accordingly.
  • Status Reporting: Communicate and report status to executives and stakeholders through regular reports and briefings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Service Readiness teams as Service Transition or Project Manager, handling complex projects with tight timelines and multiple priorities.
  • Skill Set: Resourceful, confident under pressure, problem-solving skills, accountability, team player, problem solver, ownership, client-centric approach, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and effective project management methodology.
