At Axsome Therapeutics, we are dedicated to developing innovative therapies for the management of central nervous system (CNS) disorders. We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

- Responsibilities
The Specialty Account Manager will be responsible for executing commercial activities, establishing relationships with customers, and ensuring the successful sale of our products. This field-based role will require the ability to access customers in clinic or hospital settings while maximizing engagement through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual goals
- Promote our products within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair, and ethical manner
- Build strong customer relationships by better understanding their needs and serving as a resource/consultant
- Communicate territory activity in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management
- Collaborate effectively across all corporate functions to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of field customer experience and/or account management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales space
- Experience in CNS disorders or psychiatry is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic environment
