Job Overview

We are seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful sales of our products. This role is field-based, requiring access to customers in clinics or hospitals while maximizing digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive territory business plans to achieve and exceed quarterly & annual goals.
  • Promote products within approved labeling guidelines, ensuring fair and ethical practices.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate territory activity accurately and timely, as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with sales, commercial leadership, and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management, with 3 years in Healthcare Professional experience, preferably in CNS.
  • Consistent top performance in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales space.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
