">As a Digital Product Manager - Audio Innovator, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle of a set of products within a product family.
">You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and managing product initiatives, stakeholders, or business requirements that improve user experience and business goals.
">Prioritize engineering team's work on features and bugs, support feature launch, rollout, communication processes, and follow data after launch.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production teams to ensure deadlines and product performance.">
- Collaborate with other teams to set a clear and efficient product process, product planning, prioritization, and an agile product development process.">
- Main point of contact between different areas, providers, and stakeholders involved in a project.">
- Explore and propose new business opportunities, product projects, and strategies to potentialize digital products.">
- Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the team backlog according to business value and existing commitments.">
- Communicate rollout plans, feature details, and bug status updates to leadership and stakeholders.">
- Cross-functional team collaboration with designers, developers, editors, and others to develop and execute against product roadmaps and release plans.">
- Help define strategy and product vision and the roadmap based on that vision.">
- Strategic discussions with Product owners, leaders, stakeholders, and execution team.">
You Will Have:
">Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and specialization.">
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.">
- Experience in digital working with multidisciplinary teams for objective execution and project development. Audio product experience is a plus.">
- Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.">
- Fluency in written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.">
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence.">
- Management and knowledge of analytics tools for understanding metrics and results.">
Eligibility Requirements:
">Employment/education verification required. Must be authorized to work full-time.
">Estimated Salary:
">$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
">Location:
">TelevisaUnivision offices.
