Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and produce communications and materials that support key change initiatives, policy changes, and company information for Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams, OU leadership teams, and commercial employees.
  • Develop change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple programs, acting as an integral member of transformation initiatives, and communicate upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Craft messaging to bring transformation to life, creatively leveraging different communication mediums to engage stakeholders.
  • Maintain key internal relationships with SMEs, Product Owners/Project Managers, and Global P&C leadership to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
  • Consult with SMEs, Product Owners, and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in messaging and communication plans.
  • Foster the adoption of a self-service model for low-impact changes.
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in administrative areas.
  • Seven years of experience creating, supporting, and implementing communication plans for transformational initiatives and internal communications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms.
  • Experience working with efficiency improvement processes.
  • Fluency in English.
