Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and produce communications and materials that support key change initiatives, policy changes, and other company information to Pricing & Contracting teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employees.
- Develop change communication toolkits, training playbooks, templates, and processes that can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders.
- Work across multiple programs (defined as per P&C priorities), with varying demand and objective by acting as an integral member of that transformation initiative.
- Communicate upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Craft messaging to bring transformation to life, creatively leveraging different communication mediums to engage stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas.
- Seven years of experience creating, supporting, and implementing communication plans for transformational initiatives and internal communications.
- Knowledge and understanding of both traditional and emerging communications channels, including social media and digital platforms.
- Experience working with efficiency improvement processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge with various communication channels and tools (i.e., Viva Engage, Microsoft programs and tools).
- Experience developing, executing, and measuring communications initiatives and campaigns.
- Data analysis and improvement of processes.
- MS Office knowledge.
