Key Responsibilities
Are you passionate about designing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and engage potential leads? As a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our campaign initiatives, collaborating closely with design and content teams to ensure the effective implementation of Pardot's email and nurturing best practices.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience, your contributions will be vital in driving lead generation and enhancing engagement metrics.
Daily Activities Include:
- Leading the development of nurturing programs, including the setup of Engagement Studio Programs: defining cadence, actions, and rules; implementing email nurture best practices; and analyzing performance metrics for optimization.
- Creating and editing Pardot email templates, managing dynamic send lists, and scheduling email campaigns based on targeted criteria.
- Implementing personalization features, including dynamic content blocks and Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting.
- Designing Pardot web forms, setting up autoresponder emails, and establishing completion action rules to support marketing campaigns.
- Creating page actions and automation rules to improve database accuracy and enhance lead categorization.
- Overseeing Pardot reporting and analytics to meet the needs of marketing and sales teams.
- Conducting database audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Possessing a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in managing marketing automation projects within Pardot or similar platforms.
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email build, configuration, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, particularly in relation to Pardot.
- Educational background: BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, with relevant certifications.
- General knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template creation, ensuring optimal delivery across devices.
- Experience in Agile project management to effectively manage multiple projects.
