Job Title: Growth Advisor - LATAM

Location: Remote (PST Time Zones)

Salary Range: up to 2000 USD


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Growth Advisor to join a dynamic and collaborative sales team. The ideal candidate is experienced in selling services like SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, and web design. This role requires open communication, persistence, and a relationship-driven sales approach. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, closing large deals, maintaining key accounts, and speaking at webinars or conferences as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Proactively sell services related to SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, and web design.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, follow up persistently, and provide regular updates.
  • Reporting: Ensure that accurate and timely reports are submitted regularly.
  • Public Speaking: Participate in webinars or conferences, and confidently engage with stakeholders to close large deals.
  • Education-Driven Sales: Focus on educating prospects and building trust to secure long-term partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling SEO, PPC, or web design services.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with outbound tools such as Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn, and proficient with CRMs like High Level.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, persistence, and a hunger for success.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proven history as a top sales performer.
  • Experience with high contract values ranging from 18000 to 200000 USD.
  • Strong knowledge of setting up workflows and automations in CRMs.
