The Business AI Strategy Advisor Expert will join our Global AI Incubation Team, driving customer-facing activities and building the Business AI pipeline globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing strategic AI programs, such as the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops initiative
  • Reinforcing regional GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to sales teams
  • Undergirding the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP's broad Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industries

Your work will contribute directly to SAP's fastest-growing business area: Business AI. You'll engage with customers and partners, focusing on pipeline, bookings, and adoption targets. This role represents SAP's AI initiatives for the German market unit in the MEE region.

Customer and Partner Engagement

Drive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling, and streamlined sales process execution. Coordinate with sales, advisory, and services teams to address AI-related customer demands and inquiries. Support AI discovery workshops by helping set up the program, conducting, and facilitating workshops with follow-up.

Program Design and Execution

Assist in designing and implementing AI incubation programs in collaboration with regional teams and Business AI product teams. Gather and incorporate feedback from regional teams and customers to improve AI programs, ensuring consistent delivery and execution standards across all regions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings, and adoption metrics. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AI. Provide regular updates to Business AI leadership.

Thought Leadership and Enablement

Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in your region and globally. Stay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolio. Empower regional AI teams through knowledge-sharing and execution support.

Candidate Profile

We seek experienced professionals with a proven track record in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting-edge technologies, including AI. Essential skills include:

  • Experience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI & cloud software adoption
  • Existing familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus
