As a Sales Operations Administrator at Emapta Latam, you will oversee internal sales processes, ensuring efficient order processing through multiple channels. You will support sales representatives in achieving targets, interact with clients to gather information, assist Finance with translations, and provide exceptional service to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking clients.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Process sales orders through email, phone, and procurement systems
  • Validate and maintain accurate sales data, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Communicate with clients to gather missing information and resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain sales records and customer databases
  • Provide language support (Spanish & Portuguese) for Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales teams
  • Manage direct and indirect quotes and purchase orders in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Use Fusion to process sales orders and generate invoices
  • Assist in end-of-quarter and end-of-fiscal-year sales cycles to ensure smooth operations

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport via email and phone
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including: Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Internet-based tools and email platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
