**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in freeing up more time for sales activities.
You will be responsible for preparing briefings and administrative and operational tasks for the team (89-90% of post-sales activities).
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all sales instructions (for finance) and product instructions (for Customer Success) to be delivered to clients in the post-sales process.
- Support clients with questions they may have during the post-sales process.
- Additionally, assist in the pre-sales process by conducting background research during the quoting process, supporting the team in developing the quote.
- Be responsible for creating instructions for credit reviews with new prospects and support in developing contracts for new sales.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who can connect with various areas (Finance, Customer Response, Customer Success, and the Commercial Team). You should be open to feedback and teamwork.
Candidates must have:
- Office software skills
- English language proficiency is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Tracking ability
- Programming, Power BI, and CRM skills are differentials
- Ability to handle pressure and fast action
